Central Campus Announcements-Tuesday, September 19

 
1. Congratulations!  Congratulations to the newly-elected 2017-18 FCCLA officers! They are: President-Kaylee Bruns; Vice President-Adriana Bakk; Secretary-Rylie Fyllesvold; Treasurer-Andrew Marabella.
 
2. Maroon & Gold Gear: Get your maroon and gold gear for Homecoming from Mr. Winczewski in room 209. T-shirts are $5 each. Stop by room 209 before or after school or between classes.
 
3. Homecoming Activities: Due to Homecoming activities, school is dismissed at 1:15 on Thursday. Students are encouraged to attend the Homecoming coronation and pep rally in the Magic City Campus gym starting at 1:50. Buses to Magic City Campus are provided and are loading on the north side of Central Campus immediately following the 1:15 dismissal. Students who ride the Minot Air Force Base and Bell buses are required to ride the 1:15 buses to Magic City Campus and will be picked up at Magic City Campus to be taken home after the activities.
 
4. Renaissance: Renaissance meets today at 3:00 in the cafeteria.
 
5. Thursday's Homecoming Pep Rally: "We've got spirit; yes we do! We've got spirit; how 'bout you?" Get your class together for the best pep rally ever! The spirit contest is going to be judged by a decibel meter. Get decked out and ready to cheer--Thursday at 1:50 in the Magic City Campus gym! Let's make Homecoming 2017 the best ever!
 
6. Spanish Club: Spanish Club students who are walking in the Homecoming parade must attend a meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) right after school in Mr. Stephens' room, room 220.
 
7. Homecoming Dance: The Homecoming dance is Friday night, 9:00-midnight, in the Magic City Campus gym. Students must have tickets to attend and be dressed in semi-formal attire (no shorts, jeans, t-shirts or hats allowed). Tickets are $8.00 each and may be purchased in the Central Campus finance office. If you are bringing a guest from another school, your ticket must be signed by a principal.
 
8. Happy Birthday! "Happy Birthday!" today to Mrs. Andrea Hammer, Mr. Dale Ludwig, Lillian Egan, Gabrial Thongphet and Isaiah Thongphet!
 
9. Homecoming Week: The Homecoming dress-up days for the remainder of the week are: Tomorrow (Wednesday)-Wizard Day (dress as your favorite wizard, witch, warlock, magical icon, etc.); Thursday: Freshmen-White Out; Sophomores-Black Out; show your class spirit and sport your class color at the pep rally; Friday-Maroon and Gold Day!
